4. MISCELLANEOUS This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any cause of action with respect to this Agreement and your rights and obligations must be filed in the County of Suffolk, State of South Carolina within one year after the cause of action, otherwise the cause shall be barred.

5. ADVERTISING 

All real estate advertised herein is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act, which makes it illegal to advertise any preference, limitations, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or intention to make any such preference, limitation or discrimination. We will not knowingly accept any advertising for real estate which is in violation of the law.
